I want you to take a look at this pie chart for me real quick. I saw this in a random blog post and thought it was great. This is a 100% honest insight to my life, work and play.

Now you might think this is an exaggeration, but you’d be completely wrong. Especially about the Internet Explorer portion (my fav).

Just yesterday I spent about 2-3 hours trying to figure out why only in Firefox of all browsers was positioning a dropdown (select) menu totally different than all the other browsers. It was so much of an eye soar, I had to figure something out.

I started off thinking I’d be able to do some negative margin madness, and that was the final solution, but I had to first figure out how to isolate that just for Firefox, instead of the usual conditional statement and separate stylesheet for IE only.

I figured it out in the end by using a hack for Firefox that I found on the web.

All I have to say is, “Thank god for other developers.”
